GM extends its 60-day satisfaction guarantee program

As part of a continuation to General Motors Co.’s “May the Best Car Win” advertising campaign, its 60-day satisfaction guarantee program will be extended until January 4. The program, which started on Sept. 13, was slated to end Nov. 30. Ryndee Carney, GM spokeswoman, said that the program has been very successful.

The third phase of the advertising campaign is scheduled to launch in magazines due on shelves in December. GM said that it features head-to-head comparisons of its vehicles versus competitors. In early December, GM will launch similar digital advertising. The first print ad to run will compare the Chevrolet Malibu sedan to the Toyota Camry.
